Settings
Manage your account, view your plan, and check storage usage.
Open Settings to manage your account and check your plan details.
Account
Here you'll find your profile information:
- Name - your display name.
- Email - the Google account you signed in with.
- Role - your role in the workspace.
- Joined - when you created your account.
Plan & storage
Check your current plan and how much storage you've used:
- Plan - the tier you're on (Free by default).
- Storage - how much of your quota you've used. The free plan includes 25 GB.
Storage usage is also shown in the sidebar at all times, with color-coded warnings:
| Usage | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Under 70% | Green | Plenty of space. |
| 70–89% | Yellow | Getting close - consider cleaning up old recordings. |
| 90%+ | Red | Nearly full - uploads may be blocked soon. |
