Capture is the first step of the Stera pipeline. You record on the phone, and everything you collect lands in your Dashboard for review.
There are two surfaces:
Install the Stera App
The iOS app that turns your iPhone into a spatial data capture device. Record video, depth, pose, and audio in one tap.
Review uploads on the Dashboard
Your web workspace for reviewing, approving, and tracking uploaded recordings.
How it fits together
- Record with the Stera App on iPhone. Each session bundles synchronized RGB video, depth, ARKit pose, and audio.
- Upload from the app once you're back on Wi-Fi.
- Review on the Dashboard — approve, reject, or download each recording.
- Approved recordings move on to Process, which turns them into research-ready data.
