Data review

Data Review is where you spend most of your time. You can see every recording uploaded from the Stera App, and review, approve, reject, or download them.

Overview

The page has two sections:

Summary cards

Four cards across the top give you aggregate stats at a glance:

Card	What it shows
Total	Total recording count and hours captured.
Pending Review	Recordings waiting for your review, with total hours.
Approved	Recordings you've approved, with total hours.
Rejected	Recordings you've rejected, with total hours.

Recordings table

You'll see every uploaded recording with:

Filename - the MCAP file name (e.g. session_data_20260509_134455.mcap).
Contributor - who captured the recording.
Size - file size.
Duration - recording length.
Uploaded - when it was uploaded.
Expires - time remaining before expiry.
Reviewed - who reviewed it.
Status - current review status (pending, approved, rejected).
Actions - approve, reject, or download.

Filtering and searching

Use the controls above the table to narrow down what you see:

Status tabs - switch between All, Pending, Approved, or Rejected.
Date range - filter by upload date.
Search - find recordings by filename or contributor name.
Download All - bulk-download all recordings matching your current filter.

Reviewing a recording

Each row gives you three actions:

Approve (checkmark) - mark the recording as good data, ready for downstream use.
Reject (cross) - flag the recording as unusable.
Download - pull the raw MCAP file to your machine.

Recordings uploaded from the Stera app appear here within seconds. If something is missing, confirm the upload finished in the app and that you're signed into the same Google account.

Recording statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending	Uploaded but not yet reviewed.
Approved	Reviewed and marked as good data.
Rejected	Reviewed and marked as unusable.
